What Is Aronia Extract Powder?

The product is a phytochemical concentration of berries of Aronia melanocarpa (also called black chokeberries). This dark violet to purple-red powder is standardised mainly for anthocyanins, namely cyanidin-3-glucoside, and polyphenolic substances like chlorogenic acid and proanthocyanidins.

Our extract differs from a raw fruit powder in that it employs superior physical membrane separation and cold-water extraction technology to concentrate the beneficial ingredients.
