Q: How do I correctly dissolve this powder for an aqueous stock solution?

A：The chemical is not soluble in water. Dissolve in a small amount of 1N HCl or 1N NaOH until clear and then dilute to the appropriate volume with distilled water. A little heat may help speed up the process, but not boil.

Q: Autoclaving: how stable is it in tissue culture media?

A：The product has good heat stability. It maintains bioactivity after autoclave sterilisation at 121°C for 15-20 minutes, making it suitable for use in normal media preparation cycles.
