Production Process

The ascorbyl glucoside reaction liquid is separated by nanofiltration to remove the residual VC in the reaction liquid and obtain a nanofiltration concentrate;

The nanofiltration concentrate is separated by a continuous fluid separation device to remove glucose in its liquid reaction;

The solution coming out of the continuous fluid separation device is first adjusted by a cationic resin for pH adjustment, and then concentrated by a nanofiltration membrane to remove inorganic salts in the reaction liquid to obtain the concentrate;

It is concentrated by vacuum distillation to further increase the concentration of VC glucoside, and then crystallized to obtain ascorbyl glucoside.
